    updated: screenshot of SLIC Tool in above mine post.

    I tried. But SVCTAG.com under DOS tells so 'ERROR: Unable to get SMBIOS GPNV information.'
    I still in research, I'll write to that dell slp marker topic.


    UPDATED: DellBiosReset.iso HELPS! It's works! (with asset "PASS: 12/34")

    Please Help With A Mod Bios for my laptop. I have a Compaq Presario CQ62-219WM, but I have changed the CPU from the Celeron 900 to the T6670 Core 2 Duo. Anyhow, this is my last resort to having and unlocked BIOS.

    Give us ur original bios file link n RW file then we can mods the bios for u n please read the first page, how to properly request a bios mods!

    Sorry for the confusion. I have it saved but cannot open the .RW file, what can I use to open the file so that I may give you my ACPITABLE.RW?

    So is there anyway to unlock the bios? I would like to unlock it so I may try some overclokcing. What do the Red numbers mean that you highlighted??
