    I need to install/dual boot Server 2008 R2 which needs Dell Slic 2.1. (Dell OEM)
    The system is currently running Win 7.

    I dont think toshiba have any SLIC that work with Dell OEM serial.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    They should. The serial should not matter. We have had ASUS and others running with dell Serial..See threads in the server section..

    You need to uninstall the loader, no need for SLIC if you use loader......
