I tried to dig further, it seems the BIOS that I download from HP website is close to 4M in size and the one that I modded using BIOS dump method is 2M in size. When I try to burn the 2M Bios using InsydeFlash, it complains "No sig file found", but when you try to flash the original downloaded from HP site, it works fine, suggesting that the 4M file has 2M of bios and rest of it is signature (there is no separate sig file in the archive). In this case is there a patched InsydeFlas that I can use to flash the bios. Can someone please help me here.

I flashed with your modded bios (for Toshiba Satellite C650-1CG) and it went smoothly & SLIC is now valid. Got activated!

I have few questions:
1. For every bios update released by Toshiba, Do I need to get that modded before flashing?
2. If possible, will you provide the procedure how to mod (like u did)?
