No... it's not 911medic who put it there
The original ones comes with 2 SLIC... don't know why... maybe the Acer and Gateway share the same bios...

I did already.It's a nice bios for someone - officially containig slic 2.0 and 2.1 - no need for mod

 

Gateway stuff is generally rebranded Acer, same with Packard Bell too. For instance I had an Gateway BIOS flashed onto my Acer One A0150, identical hardware just repackaged.

Bios: INSYDE version:Q3C42 date:11/10/2008

i can't new bios update and slick 2.1 for this bios mode

ACER owns Gateway...They share a lot of things..You will see acer bios with gateway and acer slic code, but only one gets called....
