    Thanks a lot but it won't work due to a wrong ROM size (the dump must be 4Mb).
    The point is that BIOS chip is NOT in WORKING system... it's in programmator that needs a correct size rom to flash the chip.

    Does anyone have a Z (Z46) Sony series?

    It would be great if you dump your working BIOS to a ROM file...
