    I've done by best to keep an eye on this forum and keep up to date on the posts relating to this series of BIOS' and I know that you said it would take awhile, but I just wanted to follow up. I recall reading a few of your posts to other users saying that the particular mod they were looking for has been very unstable and still is not possible. Am I correct that is the same case for my BIOS?

    yes i've not figure out to patch this bios, i've spend days and days with no success, sorry.

    note: concerning my delays, if a bios mod is not done within 24hours it will probably never be done (by me).

    Hi guys,

    This is maybe offtopic, but I didn't knew where to ask. Yesterday I've used the Andy's Phoenix Tool to find what's the proper recovery filename for my BIOS (my laptop is Acer TravelMate 5740Z). When I choose my latest BIOS file, I saw this message:

    Can you tell me what is it means? Do I have a SLIC in my BIOS? Thanks in advance.
