    1: format a USB thumb drive to FAT

    2: download and run sp50291.exe ( UEFI Tool)

    ......

    9: your notebook will reboot, back into your OS, and you will have an unencrypted .Bin & .Sig on your thumb drive here ---> \Hewlett-Packard\BIOS\Current
