i have no explanation for this issue, that will take a while. (that's may be why this menus are hidden)
In a first step, open the laptop, remove the main battery and CMOS battery, i hope that will reset all values to default.

    regards

Quick question TTAV134, if you get the BIOS screen to work will there be hyperthreading options?

in the package there is a file named forms.txt (or setup.txt), open it you will have a "disassembly" of all options of bios setup forms.

can you take pictures of all Advanced menus/sub-menus and upload files to any repository place (senspace for example)

    thanks

edit: the Advanced menu form is bugged:

    Code:

       BROKEN TEXT OP '\x0f\x00\x0f\x00'
       Label ID: 0x1005
       Suppress If
        LIST [0x39<1>] in (0x0,0x1,0x2,0x3,0x4)
        BROKEN TEXT OP '\xca\x00\xcb\x00'
        BROKEN TEXT OP '\xcc\x00\xcd\x00'
        BROKEN TEXT OP '\xce\x00\xcf\x00'
        BROKEN TEXT OP '\xd0\x00\xd1\x00'
        BROKEN TEXT OP ')\x02*\x02'
        BROKEN TEXT OP '+\x02,\x02'
        BROKEN TEXT OP '-\x02.\x02'
        BROKEN TEXT OP '/\x020\x02'
        BROKEN TEXT OP '1\x022\x02'
        BROKEN TEXT OP '3\x024\x02'
        BROKEN TEXT OP '5\x026\x02'
        BROKEN TEXT OP '7\x028\x02'
       End If

all these BROKEN TEXT OP errors means that the form had never been finished by HP, certainly causing the issue.

My recommendation: forget the Advanced menu

be more explicit in your previous post, i do not understand what you expect from me.

    not a miracle?

just to be clear: forget the Advanced menu options
