    Thanks man ;) ... But it didn't work, my BIOS is still 1.06 as usuall. I just want to enable Intel VT and tried in different ways, still no luck o_O

    Ive heard conflicting reports on hackability. I know we have slic 2.1 native which is nice but doesn't help with the whitelist to my knowledge. I've heard parts of it are unreadable because of the encryption but the whitelist isn't kept in the core fd file. I wish there was a clear explaination of this particular Insyde h20 encrypted situation and roughly what range of models it affects.

    would you mind telling me your sources ;)?

    Encryption is not the issue... generating valid signatures to fool HP's tools. You didn't see any "PRIVATE KEY"s while looking around?
