    Okay guys I've downloaded the modded BIOS for ASUS P8Z68 V PRO. Just a couple of questions. Need to confirm.

    First I have to flash the bios with the modded bios and then I have to do the certificate and key insert. Is this right?

    Secondly what is the folder IRST_10501026_XpVistaWin7 for, it contains a file called ASUSSetup.exe and two folders Driver and Install.

    Been on here for a while SECURECRT, as well as other forums. I have exactly the same BIOS and no one seems to want to answer this.

    If new bios has SLIC 2.1 then I don't think any modification is needed for Windows activation.

    tried that already like i said "RSDT" does not match and so it does not activate so i am giving up myself and asking someone with more experience to do it

    ok let me give you a run down on what i have done

    OA2Intel failed to change full details Signature does not match
    Changed date to 01/01/2008 nothing still
    RSDT SAYS GATEWASYSTEM will not change and that throws the error
    IIA will not work as they board is not on there list its a DQ965MT they have
    Intel® Desktop Board DQ965CO
    Intel® Desktop Board DQ965GF
    <---- Mine is not here
    Intel® Desktop Board DQ965WC

    i have tried several times to do this and everyone keeps telling me OA2INTEL but its not working!

    so tell me where am i wrong ?
