    Volkov Commander is accurate, you can type InsydeFlash.exe, screen flashes for 1 minute, then restart

    Inside VC/Dos prompt I type InsydeFlash from the RAR you uploaded.
    I receive:
    This program cannot be run in DOS mode.

    How can it run as it is a window progrma?

    it just flashes the screen that is not what I reboot the success, sorry about my english :)

    sony bios me down on the web version of your BIOS, if you try it the original Bios

    I work with such an approach, can me luck :)

    i cant run the InsydeFlash it doesnt run it says The p rogram cannot run in DOS mode.
    This program requires WINDOWS !!

    can someone confirm for USB bios recovery for model Sony Vaio VGN-CS11S

    1) what is the correct filename of bios to the USB (sony.bin, sonyxd.fd, .... etc)
    2) what is the correct keys combination to power on the bios recovery (fn + esc, fn + b etc...)

    please some help if you are 100% sure!
