No...when I start my laptop up it goes to a black screen that says " a recent hardware or software change has prevented windows from loading". I have tried the hold win key + b buttons....I have tried the system restore disks but nothing is working. Any ideas?

Insyde BIOS recovery using USB Thumb (Fn + Esc) is a part of the BIOS or separate chip?
If so, having the ROM file of the bios can we hexedit and search inside the ROM what filename and/or what key combination it uses to boot to the bios recovery?
