    Thank you very much for your answers. I managed to bring back to life my laptop with FN+ESC method:)

    No problem...important that our laptops is back to life.:)

    But still my "problem" has not been resolved. If anyoane can make a bios with advanced menu and switchable graphics i can test it. Now i known how to revive the laptop:biggrin:

    can you mod my bios for me i need to unlock adavnced options ?

    , cause in the preceding pages you said that you need the rw files in order to mod it for me ...

    I found out that the switchable graphics option can´t be used with this BIOS directly because the iGPU driver is missing o_O. The Advanced Boot Menu also requires a special module and if modules are activated wich are missing = bad flash :sorry:. Thats the reason why i stop publishing unlocked BIOS´s. Also i wouldn´t rely on the recovery function because sometimes you may damage the boot blocks and then you cant recover.

    Thank you for your answer. I understand that there is no chance for that laptop. However i can see in ezh2o something like insert module. There is a chance to extract from another bios the required module/driver( for ex: as5742zg which is a very same laptop model(same chipset, proc, video....i saw that this laptop has enabled switchable graphics)) ?

    What do you mean? Using EzH2O (2.1.0.13) + Winhex I could find "$VSS" numerous times.

    Ok, i never found the vss offsets in 2MB + BIOS packages :eek:. You have to search for $VSS and for the hex sequense 24 56 53 53
    to be sure that you found it :D. If something misses i won´t even start modding because it´s too risky to do the mod even if you won´t get errors while unlocking. My goal is to find the menu package and modify it, not to mod the whole .fd file :cool:.
