    winmagic1... the problem with those 3 device is you haven't installed the proper drivers with it... so you had to install the driver first... check the CD/DVD driver came with the laptop or search the manufacturer site for Vista/w7 driver for your laptop.

    Thanks for reply, but Acer website does not have any Win7 drivers... only Vista drivers are available and I wonder if it is safe to install Vista drivers on Win7 OS?

    In my experience, a lot of vista drivers can be used for win7... so I guess yours is no exceptions.. try it first... if the drivers cause the problems you could always uninstalled those drivers :D
