    OK now it works, PCID was 058A100000004C10002600000 as initial.
    But OS SKU is "[0] System is shipped with Non-Windows Vista OS".
    HPBI still cannot be used, error code 0x86.

    can not modify this bios, so you try change PCID other or OS SKU

    Now OS SKU changed to [2] Shipped with Windows 7, but hpbi103 shows errorcode 0x86. hpbi145 and hpbi133 are not supported by platform.

    OK, forget about everything - sure it doesn't need hpbi because SLIC is already active after changing PCID.
