    Not to sound rude or anything because I really respect what you guys are doing on here, but why am I being ignored? Is it not possible for my particular BIOS to be unlocked for advanced settings?

    nobody does unlocking around here.. the ones that did was 3+ yrs ago.
    bios-mods.com did .. but not many around still doing it.

    Ok, thank you. So what I'm asking for, to add an AHCI option in my BIOS can only be accomplished by "unlocking"? (I put it in quotes because I still don't exactly understand what unlocking encompasses. I just know that I need the AHCI option lol. Sorry for my ignorance.)
