Already tried with USB 2.0 stick on USB 2.0 port.

The key combinations are not invoking the emergency bios procedure

    well now things have changed
I booted it up and let it sit on the cursor for 10 min then the windows boot logo came on
and it just sat there so I rebooted it again then it booted fine and everything was detected normally
but I shut it down and now it's doing the same thing as before

if I let it sit thru the blinking cursur it will eventully finish the boot but it takes about 12-15 min
