    acer 1.08

    Good to know that.

What's impotent for me and i guess other is that:
    - Current Acer 3810T modde bios based on BIOS 1.08 and I want to use 1.14 which enables VT.

When I install the original firmware (the one in my link) using the included InsydeFlash utility, a window pops up with the following info:

...But with your modded BIOS, I get the following:

With the modded BIOS, it lists the "ID" as a different number, which is strange (as it should be the same, right?). The ID is the system board ID number. Don't understand why the ID has changed. Should that even matter?

I'm glad it all worked out for you. You see, after some testing they say it's better to run x32 InsydeFlash even on x64 machine - that's what i had packed in my archive. But can you please tell me why are you using a lo.der? Is it only to insert key and certificate? - because with modded bios there is no need in lo.ders.

Using the loader only to insert the certificate and serial. Much easier that way and only takes 2 secs, rather then doing it manually :)

Will have to remember to just use winflash instead of the flakey x64 utility next time.

Hi, you misunderstood me. It's not winflash - it's still Insydeflash but without "x64" at the end. You had it in your archive also but it was a file without an extention ".exe" - "InsydeFlash". All you had to do is to rename it to InsydeFlash.exe
