    Thanks :), but i mean the other way. To make an image from xxxxx.fd (I need too,Acer Bios) to usbimg32.img.
    To extract this usbimg32.img is no problem (ex. with 7Zip) but reverse to usbimg32.img, thats my problem.

    Thanks! I'm able now to create an image.

    My Problem: I modded Acer Bios Q5WV1221.exe with PhoenixTool 2.50. The Result is Q5WV1221_Slic.exe.
    To make an image (your Program) using the Tool USBImage.exe to transfer the image to the USB-Stick, but I need this file Q5WV1X64.fd!!!.Where it is?!!!
    If i have this file Q5WV1X64.fd ( I use your Program and I'm able to create the USBimg32.ima) I can finish my work.
