    It's first time that I saw this error, I got error 26 - 28 - 280 but never this, so It seems as bad bios version !
    It's all and I am happy to see that You can help users !

    Yes, there was somebody's else BIOS. But I supposed there is no difference due to BIOS is the same for all of Inspiron 3521. Is there a difference now?
