Thanks for all this info. This did not seem to work. Other than hardware flash, anything we can try? Maybe non recovery 2.24 or something with 2.25?

 

It rest only Recovery Mode !

Ok I will check the file and let You know, may be It is the same and not rewrite Eeprom.

You have to correct these options value in "Platform.ini" file into Bios Folder, so open it
by text editor and change :

[Bios_Version_Check]
Flag=1 to 0

and

[ForceFlash]
ALL=0 to 1

If They are to right value reply here.
Then reflash using InsydeFlash

I correct them to right value and flash it as your guide : flash original at first, then reboot and flash bios mod. But still nothing to change , it's normal bios .
