    Hi, yes, that's exactly it - you are going to do it from DOS - that's what that USB for. How are you booting into DOS? As for backing up you info i think it has to be done manually from bios setup menu where all that information can be found.

    I partition with 3 OS: XP, 7 & DOS. DOS is very importance because I use it to recovery my OS. :)

    And I also have a question: Are you sure that DMI Tool can work good? While It can't get DMI string, why can it restore DMI string?

    1. I don't think it has any importance.
    2. To have XP OEM activated bios needs to have SLP 1.0 and I'm not really sure how and where to insert it into bios file so i don't wanna mess with it.

    In past, yes, but I uninstalled it..... Maybe some part of them is still in system...

    Now I will try ch..-.GA 0.9

    Very sad what my bios can not be modded... Thanks for answer.

    Why did you uninstall it? It didn't work did it? I think it's still in your system.
