It just blink and immediately switch off, that's it. But if I take off memory modules, the laptop turn on with LED signal codes about missing memory modules. In this mode esc+fn doesn't work though. I don't have those devices you mentioned. So...

It is not your fault. I am was impatient. If I need modded BIOS I'll ask for your help again. And for others: IF SOMETHING VENT WRONG, DON'T DO STUFF ON YOUR OWN, RATHER WAIT FOR ANSWER.

    Bye all

There are two Bios Files for two Laptop Model :

    1. 363CF1D.bin - > 363C Model
    2. 3658F1D.bin - > 3658 Model

    Which one is your ?

So as They are not Crypted You can use these directly, choice your Bios related to your
Laptop Model and copy It into an USB Dos Fat32 Formatted Stick named as HP_TOOLS !
Copy It twice and rename them as B.bin and C.bin, then try the Recovery Procedure :

    - Shutdown the netbook (notebook)
    - Remove all peripheral devices
    - Remove battery, Remove AC power cord
    - Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds (battery and AC power still out), then release
    - Put the USB Memory Stick in the USB port
    - Hold "Fn" + "Esc" and plug the AC power cord in
    - Now press the power button (whilst still holding Fn + Esc).
Wait until the fan will run, then release "Fn" + "Esc" keys
    - The fan will run for about 2-10 minutes and the USB drive activity LED will blink
    - I think the netbook rebooted automatically. If it doesn't, unplug the AC power cord once the fan has turned off

The bios should be updated with the modified BIOS, and boot as per normal.

    Or Hp suggested Procedure.

If You can Boot from USB into Dos Mode We can Use FPT to try an over-write.
    Let me know
    Regards
