INSYDE R0330Q1 Bios password reset

    -Motherboard Manufacturer and Model : Sony Vaio VGN-BZ15GN
    -Bios Type : INSYDE R0330Q1, 3/6/2009

    Hello,

    I forgot my Bios password which I set 3 years ago, Now I can't set my boot priority to CD/DVD drive as I don't have access to Bios setup option, So, I am hoping flashing Bios will solve my issue,
    any help will be deeply appreciated.

    Thank you Tito for your quick response
    I went through the link and after having 3 attempt on Bios setup I got the 16 serial/code but the link said 7 code for Sony, anyways I entered the code obtained to Password generator site on my sister's laptop, It generate a password for me and I enter the password back to my laptop but still couldn't get in :(

    or am I doing it wrong? please help
