    Use RT Se7en Lite 2.6.0 beta and avoid all the hassle. Easy, takes a while, but Windows 7 + SP1 runs without a hitch.

    Reverse integration method is best, but for a bit more advanced users

    Dism is better, no need to install and sysprep so it's closer to original then reverse integration will ever be.
