I have an windows xp pro sp3 vl.iso image from MSDN.

I want to integrate all the updates that I have to download from microsoft update, which is around 120MB updates including IE8 and WMP 11. Is there a way i can integrate these into the iso image, so i dont have to download them after every fresh install.

How do I download those Microsoft updates and save it on my PC HDD not automatically install it.

I did try the nlite..but it didn't integrate IE8 and WMP11, and it gave me errors.

If you prefer, Autopatcher is a simple tool for downloading M$ updates, WMP11 & IE8 as well as a great installer that also includes many helpful registry tweaks. After downloading apup and making an initial run followed by a couple of log file creation runs you will have a portable folder to update and configure your PC.

I am running a VLK Win XP Pro OS with a blacklisted key and I have no problems updating.
