INTEL DQ35JOE bios .rom file dump from 26DF321 chip

    I need help with a .bin file for this bios, mine is corrupt after some power failure.
    I try to write using an external spi flash programmer but the size of .bio from Intel site does not match with .bin or .rom file I need.
    Dump file file from 26DF321 chip is @4mb size and the file.bio from oficial site exeeds over 7mb.
    Please help with a .BIN file from a working bios chip.

    Already try this, bios is corrupt...,I need any version, even "untuned" just to start this mobo...
