Please understand, I have no issues about secure boot. Booting the install media is not an issue for me on this case. Rufus has always worked for me. What Ventoy has to do with storage controller driver issue? It's, as I already said, a storage controller driver issue.
beware windows 10 1809 ( ltsc 2019 ) are minimum requirement with 64 bits old windows 10 build not supported / 32 bit not supported
You know what? I'm surprised I got caught a rookie mistake. I switch my Kingston SSD 2.5" to a WD HDD 3.5" with a lot of data, but just for the sake of testing. Why I didn't try switching drives before? I dunno. Now this HDD was detected in UEFI and Windows Setup as well. Scratching my head trying to figure out what's wrong with my SSD... or worse my Gigabyte mobo. Remember, my Kingston SSD 2.5" is detected in UEFI.
This Kingston SSD 2.5" had data on it. I low level formatted it couple of days ago. It was detected in UEFI, not by Windows Setup Program. I launched a partitioning software and just initialized it as GPT, no partitions, just initialized it. Yay, problem solved. Now Windows setup was able to detect it and no storage controller drivers required at all. Windows 10 x64 en-us Education 21H2 up and running... I never faced this issue before as I've always installed brand new disks HDD or SSD 3.5 / 2.5 " without need of initializing them first.
