I have an Intel DX58SO mobo, and have so far been unable to get W7 activated despite trying many loaders. I haven't been able to find anything about a BIOS mod for the board. Note that I am dual-booting W7 and Ubuntu - the boot sector is set to run Grub from the Ubuntu partition so that I can choose which OS to load. Would this affect loaders? Basically, I'm looking for any advice anyone has on getting activation to work. Thanks EDIT: I'm an idiot. Shortly after posting this I retried Daz's Windows 7 Loader 1.5.5, using the experimental loader. It worked. I can't work out how to delete this thread.
