Try boot from usb What motherboard? Try create boot flash drive and boot from Dos after run oa2intel.exe with parameters update pubkey.bin marker.bin PKSIGN.BIN For Example: oa2intel.exe update pubkey.bin marker.bin PKSIGN.BIN You must have this result:
Intel DG31PR flash update successful using either Dell or Asus pubkey/marker files. They both appear to use the same pksign is that correct? I would prefer to use the pubkey/marker from my other DG31PR which is Equus Nobilis OEM system. How can I save that slic and create the pubkey/marker files? Thanks lordviking anmg whitedevil and others for sharing and help!
Lordviking did you test oa2intel with intel DesktopBoards 9XX series? I try oa2intelwin with D975XBX but no results. Status Programmed? but SLIC table not found.
Thank you WhiteDevil for posting the screenshot. I have tried oa2intel on a D975XBX2 and it programs the jpscsa slic correctly but there is no cert available for that slic.
Who may help? Who may help test oa2intel at x48 and x58 Intel board. Especially at x9** series too. Please help.
So can I use the ASUS files as well? Sorry to ask all of the questions but The PC currently has XP on it and I want to make sure the SLIC is present before installing Win7. Is there any way to verify the presence of the SLIC while running XP? I ran the oa2intelwin status cmd and I get OEM Activation 2.0 Utility - X006 Copyright (C) 2004-2007, Intel Corporation Distributed under restricted license. Do not redistribute. Windows Marker: PROGRAMMED Public Key: PROGRAMMED Signed Public Key: PROGRAMMED Requested operations completed successfully. But when checking with any of the regular BIOS tools, in this case RW Everything I see OEM ID"INTEL" Is this the ID which the oa2 inserted? I assumed it would be DELL or ASUS I use this PC for work so I need to make sure it can be activated before installing Win7
Use Everest or rweverything(make a dump and upload it for me to see).. The slic dump tool may work also..
