    I have an Intel DG33TL and I ran the batch file for in command prompt as administrator and it succeeded and updated the bios with the three files, and after that I was able to verify that the program was able to write to the bios by running the oa2intelwin status command which showed that the three items were programmed. But after I restart and try to check if the certificates have been installed the SLIC_DUMP_TOOLKIT shows that there is no SLIC programmed.

    My BIOS version is: DPP3510J.86A.0572.2009.0715.2346

    Am I doing something wrong here?

    Update: I have tried the HP, Dell, and Asus files all of which do not work and does not show a SLIC in the tool kit. However the JPSCSA files work and show a SLIC in the tool kit... This is incredibly weird and annoying. Any ideas anyone?

    I have the last bios, maybe it is a Problem with inserted Intel 1000 NIC with changed rom?

    regards

    EDIT: I made this with Admin rights (cmd run as admin)

    AH = 8Eh - NOT_FOUND
    This tool is not authorized to update this BIOS.

    Works as designed, this is SERVER board, the util works only for desktop boards (that OEM might use)

    Sebus is right. I have a similar server board and this will certainly not work.

    Does anyone know if this utility can ' reprogram' an intel board. For example change an MSI intel to a DELL slic 2.1 intel..?
    Or does it work only on intel desktop boards with no Slic table or marker to begin with??

    Thanks for the utility, now I can play around with a spare dp35dp board that I have.

    We do not know exactly. If you check, please report. Anyway utilty has a command to remove slic, which actually removes only pubkey.
    I have checked it on my DG41RQ: inserted Dell, then removed it and inserted ASUS. Made dump of bios and checked it by Phoenix tool, which reported ASUS pubkey and marker and Dell Marker insyde.

    I tried it the exact same way anmg, but I did not dump bios to check it. However, the asus pub and marker was there after I removed dell slic. I assumed it was okay. I will do a slic dump and verify with Phoenix tool as well. It seemed to activate fine though. This was with a dp35dp board.
    Two markers in Bios, I do not how harmful that could be, but I will investigate some more, not quite happy with the idea. I wonder why it doesn't remove the marker as well...
    Tool works on dp55wg, dg41TX, dp55kg and dh55hc(as confirmed by someone too).
