Help me out with this, I use RW v1.47 to get a memory dump, which I have. Now where do I look for oem table?
This is wrong dump. This is just 256 bytes of the EBDA. I would like to get 1 MB binary file (the last megabyte of 4GB address space). You can check the ACPI table Vendor Name with RW 1.47. Just press ACPI button and save all the tables to ACPI.rw file.
Ccyd, I don't see any changes in the ACPI table. It still has the "Intel" name. It could be because of the recovery to the original BIOS. The last megabyte memory dump (0xFFF00000 - 0xFFFFFFFF) might help in the future. As for the serial number you have used, it can't be dependable on the BIOS.
WickedNick I think I got it (Read post 503). Slic Toolkit says Dump OK! (DellQA09_V2.1) Look at this table, check RSTD. Still says Marker Invalidated. Thanks in advance.
Hi there, does - oa2intel.exe [oa2intelwin.exe] update asuspubkey.bin asusmarker.bin jsign.BIN (ASUS SLIC) - oa2intel.exe [oa2intelwin.exe] update dellpubkey.bin dellmarker.bin jsign.BIN (DELL SLIC) - oa2intel.exe [oa2intelwin.exe] update hppubkey.bin hpmarker.bin jsign.BIN (HP SLIC) work for the D975XBX2? MasterDisaster, Bob.D, Heinzi und basusu reported some stange problems with this mobo. I'm a bit confused about it. Thank you for your help in advance!
None of the above commands work on a D975XBX2, only oa2intel.exe [oa2intelwin.exe] update jpubkey.bin jmarker.bin jsign.BIN (jpcsa SLIC) works but there is no certificate for it so it will not activate Windows.
Thank you for your quick answer... That's certainly sad. I had still hope, because the D975XBX2 is confirmed "by various sources". OK, but unfortunately this list is not quite correct.
Yes, I know, but in this thread the Intel Mobos are flashed with ASUS SLIC. For the thread just google for "How To Add SLIC 2.1 To An Intel Motherboard".
Having trouble with dg45fc, keep getting driver_not_installed error in windows (even running as admin) and out of date marker error in dos , any help ?
