I typed "OA2INTELWIN.exe update pubkey.bin marker.bin sign.bin" hit enter and got an error message:

Unable to read BIOS -- FAILURE
    2h -- DRIVER_NOT_INSTALLED

I also tried booting to USB to DOS, typed "OA2INTEL.exe update pubkey.bin marker.bin sign.bin" hit enter and got an error message: Unable to examine Marker File "marker.bin".

How do I "Change the date to 2005/2006"? Does using "HP" change the PC to an HP instead of Gateway?

So, I will still be able to use my Gateway Windows 7 OEM DVD that I have from my other dead PC?

I now understand what the Asus.bat, Dell.bat, Gigabyte.bat and HP.bat would do but what does the J.bat do?

    I did as you said and RW-Everything now shows as SLIC 2.1. On the RW SLIC tab it shows;

    Signature "SLIC"
    OEM ID "Gatewa"

    SLIC Marker Structure
    OEM ID "HPQOEM"

I just ran SLIC Toolkit V3.2 in the advanced tab in the Pkey&Cert.Valid&Backup in the Cert: block I show " No OEM Certificate found !(Run as Adminstrator)"

The SLIC Dump Status block I show: " Dump OK ! (But SLIC OEM ID or Digital Signature Error !)"

Is that how it should be? I am doing all this on XP Pro.

Noop... the SLIC is invalidated due to the gateway part. Did you clear it first??

I did this: Change the date to 2005/2006. First type "OA2INTEL.exe erase" (w/o the quotes), then type "HP" (w/o the quotes)

I am trying to paste the sceenshot but everytime I save the poat it disappears. I am using Alt + PrnScr saving it in paint and pasting it to the post.

Seems that oa2intel can't erase the Gateway marker part successfully.... now we need some expert opinions :)

    Solved!

Solution: A reboot is not sufficient to activate the OA2Intel changes. A complete power-down is required before the SLIC tables will be detected.

SLIC Toolkit v3.2 reports "Dump Error ! (SLIC Table Not Found ! )" and Windows 7 Ultimate reports not genuine.

    Motherboard: Intel DP67BG
    BIOS Version: 2111

    I used OA2Intel tool:

    Code:
    H:\WINDOW~1\INTEL_~1\OA2INT~2>oa2intelwin.exe update PubKey.bin Marker.bin PKSign.bin

Tito I did as you asked and did a forced BIOS. I now get a message when starting up :

"The AA Number has not been Programmed on this system.
    Press Enter to continue"

I also cannot get the sound working but will wait until we get the BIOS fixed.

Ok, now the Gateway part is gone. Now apply oa2intel from pure DOS :)

Do you want me to run these commands in DOS?

Change the date to 2005/2006. First type "OA2INTEL.exe erase" (w/o the quotes), then type "HP" (w/o the quotes).
