i think i need a moded driver !! to be compatible with Windows 8 note , i download the Windows 8 from windows microsoft com/en-us/windows-8/preview-download
Normally as an legit owner of that Laptop you should have the manual and also access to the content of it at that website!
there are no moded drivers for 8 because most genuine one's that come from the manufacturers do their jobs quite well. There is something wrong with you installation. Did you upgrade or a clean install? Which iso did you use? lol ... you are using the preview? OK there might be some problems with drivers which are not ready yet.
Driver modding To modding an driver, the modder will need to have that machine the driver is for! Without to have that machine on hand it's impossible to test and could end up in bricking the device!
N ext point is that you seems to use Windows 8.1 Pro Preview and NOT Windows 8 Preview, which is quite a difference! If you submit infos, please submit the real infos and build numbers are very important! Also the real infos what you'd done are very important as well!
The only way seems to be to follow the advice's give here by several members. Test one after the next one. It also would be helpful if you make screenshots, special from Error Messages etc. And again, to mod a driver, forget that, it will not work!
it is an unfinished version of windows 8.1 and it was stated absolutely clearly in the download section of this preview that it is for advanced users only. It is just for testing purpose only and should not be used as main operating system. Go back to windows 7 and enjoy your computer and perhaps when RTM is out, you can try again. End of this story
I am not sure of this will work for anyone else, and not sure if it will with Win8.1 (Preview) but upgrading from Win7 to Win8 (RTM) does allow some drivers to work that wouldn't work for me doing a fresh install. Something to possibly try if all else fails.
i cant do it coz i download it for free from the website of microsoft , i cant bought it coz isnt avaible yet i did it but still crashing
Last effort: change OS to Windows 8 Pro instead of 8.1 and check it will work with 8Pro. If it does Upgrade 8Pro to 8.1 preview.
There several, in real quite a lot, links for Windows 8 RTM, Core and Pro on this Forum. Please do a search on your own because I didn't have the time for to do your work. I use originals only!
