Try to run it again. This error appears when the library is not loaded. I don't really know why this is happening but trying again will fix it

The most common errors that appeared in this thread appear because of no sound card installer or because the latest video driver and windows updates are not installed
That makes sence, I usually remove soundcard, printer and floppy from my vm's, just to make shure they don't eat performance from the vm.
