Well all that would do is add the line that I added the >NUL to to remove...

That is what I removed and what is it's effect in non win 7 OS?

Reinstall my friends office to get back rearms?

Well most of the time reinstall = notifications + 0 rearms. This is why when doing any testing I have a toolkit backup of a good state with all rearms (and MAK activation).

It may not be easy to do so, that PC may be best to be AutoKMS'd since IORRT/AutoRearm won't work on it.

You can try to reinstall to get fresh rearms but if it gets locked use EZ-Activator. If you want him to use IORRT, you'll still have to use EZ-Activator to successfully activate, then uninstall AutoKMS and rearm and that would leave him with 30 days + 4 rearms, then install AutoRearm or IORRT.

PS: I've added my hybrid task to the install of autoKMS/Rearm. I just have to put code into AutoKMS and AutoRearm to remake task which is trivial.

I'm also adding windows support to AutoKMS, as if you use KMS windows, you may as well have one tool to deal with both. This option is disabled by default and should not be used unless windows has a KMS key installed.

Well Office 2010 figures if it bricks and you activate, it will be nice enough to give you a clean slate. OSPPSVC uses activation to reset things. Basically it has the power to give you 5 rearms but it relied on activation to do so, and activation defeats the purpose of rearming so you see how it is.

Yea but like my edit implied this is better solution than KMS and it was an user error that caused isntall to brick not IORRT. I will use your tool to help others heal rearms if need be

Thanks for your help with IORRT

It gets to be a strange solution with the rearms as the way I am setting up AutoKMS it really will be like 180 days forever.

If they need to KMS activate, and they wanted to use IORRT because they couldn't KMS activate, it gets complicated. Basically though EZ-Activator can pretty much always get Office 2010 in good state + KMS activated no matter what, its repairs and tricks cover up all the flaws in the KMS Keygen, but still all it takes is a little AV interference and it won't run.

I fixed it so that the Keygen runs before doing any kind of system change so AV doesn't stop EZ-Activator leaving it half changed.

I'm thinking about releasing a minor toolkit update since I added some good things but 2.1 is far off. So 2.0.1 will come out soon.

and yeah the only reason IORRT didn't work is somehow user ate up all their rearms because if it was bricked, the KMS activation would have brought it back to 5.

The only reason I can think it ate up rearms of which my boss has no clue regarding is that I uninstalled trial then installed 2010 ISO but her husband had same come with win 7 presintalled office trial crap and his didn't have any rearm problems so toolkit will be healer in such situation in troubleshooting and stuff

    I think IORRT is done...

Yeah which is why I was using my toolkit to create scenarios to test and revert back to normal and count the rearms to see if IORRT was accidentally eating them down each time.

i had an error at the first install. I already had a Task named "Startup" on my Task Scheduler. So i went onto the IORRT file and edit the "Startup" to "IORRT Startup"

    Edit it to StartupIORRT

What is your startup task for?

Maybe I should rename it in case of conflicts

    IORRTboot or something

by choosing A to install IORRT, will that option install the "Hybrid" feature = restore/rearm upon booting into windows?

if not, we have to do an extra step by choosing C after installation of A?
