IP 10130 no PinCode Login

    Found and working for me:
    (MS-Forum-Build 9926)
    To repair your PIN & picture password:
    1. Open File Explorer and browse to this location:

    C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC
    2. Delete everything within that folder
    3. Go to Settings-> Accounts->Sign-in Options

    * by me: change to local Account, reboot, switch to MS-Account
    4. Click Add a PIN again and set your PIN
    5. PIN sign in should work going forward

    Yes the PIN option is having issues in this build....maybe they will get it fix in the next release.
