Well we tried the totally automatic and it worked fine but is very slow so it's not realistic but it can be done. So I might make one small change to GUI or not then we just support from here unless someone can do this inside windows...lol Then that would be completely different program from IR4 so I think we're kinda done

"ALL" 64 bit users, just click F8 button when at boot and then enter logon and language info then select cmd prompt then enter cmd "C:IR4"

It will still automatically restart then your all good

It just doesn't reboot automatically into RE on x64 systems yet

Sorry, I bet this will be fixed soon

I guess till we can put all the script into one .ahk file I should put out 2.9 which will require pressing f8 at boot. Not a big deal jsut we like it auto as that what a GUI implies. Please give me feedback as to what to do until we can re-automate restart into Re function

    Thank you timesurfer

Time, I ran it and all but for some odd reason the batch file is not created so I cannot run C:\ir4 from the cmd prompt under PE mode. I am running win 7 ult x64. This is using IR42.8. I run it initially as admin IR4 2.8.exe, click on click here to start installation, click on manually rearm, click on ok. Then msg pop pops up click ok to restart, then you g et another msg box stating 90 seconds to restart save your work blah blah. If I restart manually before waiting does that stop a background script? Meh I got it to rearm for 30 days and all is good, just want to have the task run and crap.

Cheers, and thanks for your work. =)

Thanks for the file, it did work. What was odd is your IR4.bat some how was placed in the hidden repair partition root. Not automated but it works. Nice Job!!!

    Cheers!

From 2.9 onwards, IR4.bat will be installed in the hidden partition and not in the C: drive. This is because the System Volume Partition is always assigned C: in PE mode.

What windows 7 are you running? You should have 4 rearms 30 days. IR4 is upgradeable simply by clicking install and following instructions. Please read first page for directions and the instructions in GUI. The task will automatically rearm/restart for you. If you miss rearm task date and time then click manually rearm and your comp will restart and you'll have another 30 days. At end of 150 days you have to reinstall IR4
