    OK - my misunderstanding of the what the status box is, MasterDisaster.

    I was a bit misled by the the statement No.5 in the instructions:

    • 5) While restarting windows ignore any non-genuine messages and wait till you get a window with this data:
    • ........

    Which implied the data script that automatically comes up which is the one I posted above.

    I think in the light of my experience, it would be more precise to state something along the lines (unless not getting the status box automatically at the end of the install is peculiar to my experience):

    • 5) While restarting windows ignore any non-genuine messages. After the automatic windows script, run IR4_3.0 again and select "IR4 Status" option. You should see the following data window: .....etc."

    All is as expected in the status box now! :)

    The box I have posted will be displayed after the reboot automatically.

    You should try to run the program again and I'm sure you'll see it.

    Strange I did not see it first time round following the steps faithfully. Will give it another go,thanks.

    But the main thing is that it seems to be working well other than this anomalous status window not appearing at the end.

    It only takes 5 minutes to re-install then right after non-genuine watermark disappears you will get the simple "Status window.

    Also after you get the Status window then if you want only then try to click the status button again.

    Users just have to read instructions completely which is why I put them directly before you click yes to install

    Try watching the video on first page to see how the IR4 Status comes up at end of IR4 complete install

    Hi!

    I'm new at this and I'm not even "techie" so I need some opinion. When my mom bought me my laptop 2 weeks ago, Compaq Presario CQ41, Windows 7 Professional trial version was already installed and it's been asking me to activate. I only have 10days left to activate. I've been reading about Windows7 and even downloaded Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Retail(Final) x86 (32 bit) and the cracks, just in case I have to reinstall Windows 7. Is it better to use infinite rearm or should I install windows 7 again and use the loaders? Is there a way to just activate a trial version (without buying)?

    I don't even know how to reformat and stuff. (+__+) But I'm willing to learn. (>__<)

    I recommend IR4 3.0

    However if your mom bought you a computer with windows 7 on it you should be activated :eek:

    IR4 will work fine and you'll get the same performance that you do with loader, etc...

    But I prefer IR4 cause it doesn't alter any files on your comp and odd's are MS will never whack IR4 or the trial "vulnerability" since they indeed just gave windows 7 users 5 rearms instead of the ususal 3 that comes with 7 with SP1 beta

    So yea go for it...lol ;)

    What is it mothers day or what...lol

    If there's adjustments to be made the "Manual" then indeed they will be done...lol

    Just let us know

    The windows 7 here is just the trial version. Mom said it's not included in the package, just DOS. We have to buy (well...I?) Windows7 separately for $100 and I can't ask her to buy it now since she also bought a netbook for my younger sister. I just got a free HP printer with it. -___-;; Anyway, thanks for your reply. I just have to remind myself to rearm every 30 days. ^__^

    Trial is the real thing only it's not activated. IR4 overrides any MS restrictions as to keep you using 7 forever in "trial"

    All MS products I believe are initially trial based as to provide testing

    So you got the real thing just use IR4 if you want to and we've eliminated all nags that usually come with using trial. Also if you read the first page you'll see that IR4 also automatically rearms/restarts for you in about 2 minutes max so unless your comp is off when the 30 day rearm task is scheduled to run you'll have to click the manually rearm button. Then at the end of the 150 days take 5 minutes to re-install and your ready for another 150 days with exactly same functionalilty as if you bought a retail store bought windows 7

    Im currently using Remove WAT recently startd getting crashes i think due to Winlogon. If I restore WAT at this stage and install this will it work?

    If I were to choose a program to skip the activation on my PC, I would pick this one because you stay genuine forever.

    I need to ask this because I'm a little confused right now.
    IR4 3.0 Final, is that like Final, Finito as no more updates or is it just to state that it's RTM?

    IR4 3.0 RC would have been the "RTM" :eek:

    IR4 3.0 is the Final as in we're done...lol

    Ok, thanks for clearing that up timesurfer.

    I will actually try your little program for the first time now so I'm kinda nervous, I'll report back when I'm done just for the heck of it.

    Ok I'm back and it worked, I got my rearms back alright.

    Right now I'm thinking of making an backup CD-R for safe keeping of the following apps in the near future so I don't ever have to think about activation again ever...

    IR4 3.0 - check
    Chew7 1.0 when it's released - check
    DAZ loader 1.8.5 when it's released (great for both 7, Server 2008 R2 and Vista, Server 2008) - check

    Have any one told you guys that you are freaking geniuses?
