We always pass validation in trial and don't ever need to go to MS to validate ever for any reason! :p

Only activation concepts like Daz loader and ODIN need to validate :D

Thus with InfiniteRearm4 v1.9.2 we never have to deal with the fact that MS might collect any data if someone validates online :p

Thank you Timesurfer! GREAT stuff. Always had some trouble if I use a loader or a leaked MSDN key. (Activation OK with MSDN but system will have problems soon afterwards. Guess MS is fockin around but I have no concrete proof and I don't know how could I proove that. (And even if I proove it. Who would care about pirates? :))

I wouldn't say blacklist. Blacklist is when you can't activate it.

It's like they mess around with the PC if its detected.
(Yeah yeah conspiracy. I'm not a sci-fi writer, and I am an IT expert. Since, it ALWAYS happened to me whenever I used such a MSDN key or an activator.)

    Heh.

By the way my problem was the c:reset . Found out that repair sees my C: (root) as E: . Guess you should add a check for drive letter part. (It shows after you select login/language, at the title. Like Windows... on E:).

Besides that: Shouldnt we defend those *.bat files on C: more?

You could just put the files into Windows\ .. somewhere. (And put a notification that they are there. Windows won't have a problem about it, and the user won't delete it accidentally. Like I tend to wipe out all not-hidden/system files from C: since some installer uses it like a trash and put everything there. So yeah I was like wtf? :))

Just put a warn there: "C:" is your main letter which you can find at the windows title of the main recovery windows. (Maybe a screenshot. :))

Well that's why their hidden but it's a simple, easy and fast way to install it again I wouldn't worry about it plus the cmd we have to enter in RE will be more complicated if buried within folders

c:reset works for so many that the others for now will just have to pay attention a little more and NOT delete those files...lol
