    Please ignore the above request - I've resolved the issue! :) It appears to be the keyboard used - a cheap Ritmo slim which worked perfectly in the normal Windows 7 mode but did not seem to meet the "full" specs of the "US" class in the special login environment of the IR4 reboot. Changing the keyboard to a Logitek "ultraflat" solved the problem.

    Now the rearm status shows a new 4 rearm count.

    I have installed IR4 in a PC 6 months ago and it works fine, but I have a strange issue.
    The PC don't rearm for 4 times, but only 2/3 times.
    Yesterday, at the boot, it was in "notification" but there was still 2 rearm remaining
    For some reasons the rearm task (installed and working) doesn't complete the rearm sequence, and this is the third time that it happens to my PC.

    However, after uninstalled/re-installed IR4, the "notification" message disappeared and the "countdown" show 30 days and 4 rearms left again. :))

    Computer must be on for rearm task to run. It is an "interactive" solution

    Like first post says always install IR4 when your computer will most likely be on

    Hi from a very satisfied customer - IR4 and IORRT :biggrin:

    I have a couple of questions. Does Windows activation update KB971033 (or the like) screw up IR4? Should it be excluded from the download? I did a search on this thread but couldn't find the direct question - sorry if I missed it.

    Secondly, do you continue to work on IR4 - refining it sufficiently to warrant us downloading newer versions when available?

    Uhh thanks I still think my two rearm tools aren't getting flagged yet regarding AV false positives

    Well yea after installing there is only task left just some people make it seem like I just install task but there's more to IR4 than that as simple as it is

    lol...I'll probably leave it as it says to reinstall if you have 0 rearms 0 days :p

    probably I am just stupid - reading the manual 2) says :Computer will restart and ask for your language and info; than it says 3) select command prompt : type ...

    One question - in 2) I select my langauge and my info in 3) I select command prompt or I get asked langauge and info, but I choose command prompt
