Is downgrading bios possible

    HI, i want to downgrade my bios from 1.25 to 1.17 because of usb hardware keeps undetected, it is possible anyway?

    Yes, you can but why ? What is you mobo version and BIOS ? Why USB is not detecting ? Which version of Windows are you using ?

    This new bios, caused my webcam not detected, and new (non-exist) unknown device

    Did you try to install drivers from the cd delivered with your motherboard ?

    Other possibility download drivers from the Manufacturer of motherboard.

    Which motherboard is it ?

    Hello, is your cam integrated with the notebook or do you connect it to an usb port ?
    If it is integrated call Acer center, if not then the problem is coming from the driver for this cam.

    It is integerated, i've said the problem is coming from bios 1.23 and newer,
    I want to ask, is bios downgrade able?

    Normally yes, but it all depends on your flash tool, some won't flash bios older than the one you have.

    Normally bios downgrade is always available with DOS flashing bios tools
