Is it legal to publish ISO files with Windows?

    No I was notified beforehand that my acces was withdrawn and could not acces my one drive for 2 months.

    the only way to avoid this headaches is to host your own private server then share only with user you want.

    Majority of the vendors for the freeware or paid software prohibits Re-distribution outside of intranet.

    at RootBlocker,
    If you've ever accepted the agreement at the start of a M$ OS installation, a couple of the things it states (among others) is that it always will belong to M$ and if you decide you no longer want it you can not give it (much less sell it) to anyone and it must be destroyed.
