Windows Server 2011 series (based on Server 2008 R2 SP1):

    Windows Small Business Server 2011
    Windows Multipoint Server 2011
    Windows Home Server 2011

But I thinking for installing Server 2008 R2 or 2012...

Depending on it's intended use Windows Storage Server 2008 R2 essentials and Windows SBS 2011 essentials can be good choices depending on what your using it for .. I have both of these installed with the WSSE 2008R2 backing up everything .. No Cals needed and 25 user/client limit ..

You could also use VMware/Virtual Box and have them in their own separate network.
