Is it possible to disable colorization in Windows 8.1

    I like the White border like this:

    In Windows 8 we can use the trick here: intowindows.com/how-to-set-different-colors-for-taskbar-window-borders-in-windows-8/
    Is there any way to make the white window border possible (with different taskbar color) in 8.1 :confused::confused::confused:
