Is there a SERVER 7048 ??

    Since we all know, Server 2008 R2 and Windows 7 Client are the same code base.

    Just wondering, the client guys keep getting and leaking the latest, us server guys get left behind being stuck with testing build 7000 on our server systems. Any word out there?

    I would be careful about these because not all the beta keys for server 2008 r2 work for all the beta builds like win7. The latest public release of server 2008 r2 is beta 1, but the keys for the public beta do not work, only keys for beta 1. Also the code bases ARE NOT the same, they both started from 6001, but have diverged paths since.
