    Hi Full_QWERTY_Keyboa

    You Can use Winreducer to make one
    mine is just an 1.8 Gb iso and looks like Window7 but a lot better and faster
    and my Windows 10 is really a charm to run it without all that useless stuff
    This should be Windows 10 for starters
    i use ie11 and opera portable with a downloadmanager extension

    Upgrading CPU and memory to the highest level may be a way to consider.
