    Is build 7927 "better" than 7989? I am currently on 7989, should I install 7927? What are the differences?
    Also, will redpill work on this build?

    In the new Ribbon Explorer you can turn on Legacy tollbars, but what does it mean? Do i get the Explorer back from Windows 7?
