I was searching the web for quite some time and never really got a definitive answer to this query. I wanted to change my login/welcome screen picture to an animated .gif file, but all i have found was a few scripts/tools to spam several picture files to make it animated and it was only the start menu. I am also aware that this may degrade performance during start up and what not. I'm not looking for any software to do this really.... If this is possible to do at all Thanks!
