You're using 850 EVO v2 which was released silently by Samsung to kill MX300 budget pricing. This new version promises to deliver 560MB/s reads and 540MB/s writes and a tweaked firmware and uses a bigger 64 bit V Nand instead of stock 850 EVO 48bit. The pricing is same. i got to know from win-raid.com

You're using stock MSFT driver for AHCI. Use Intel Rapid Storage driver (iaStor) or AMD Chipset driver depending on your PC specs to install proper SATA/AHCI driver to maximize the performance.
No drivers from my mobo manufacturer for 10, only up to 8.1 and the inf only changes the drivername. The drive runs within the specs given by samsung.
